Hi! My name is Julaine and I currently serve as Director of Media and Publications at the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem (ICEJ). Although I've lived in Jerusalem for the past five years, there are many places in the land I've never seen. When Covid-19 rudely interrupted my planned trip to Europe (lol) the Lord opened a beautiful new opportunity to "expand my tent pegs" and explore where I've been planted!
about this trip
This journey begins 30 July 2020 in Migdal, a town in the Northern District of Israel. Migdal lies along the western shore of the Kinneret (Sea of Galilee) between Capernaum and Tiberias.

Next stop is Arad, situated between the Dead Sea and Be'er Sheva in the Negev desert. (I'm particularly excited about my planning midnight trip to the Dead Sea to soak under the stars!)

And finally, join me in Eilat, where Egypt, Israel, and Jordan meet at the Gulf of Aqaba, just a stone's throw from Saudi Arabia! Gonna snorkel for the first time ever - never been so excited to "swim with the fishes"!
